Mold Assessment
The first step is to determine the source and extent of the property damage, then to where the mold is present. This is done by visually examining the premises. If mold is growing and visible this helps determine the level of remediation that is necessary. There are different samples that we can do to determine the mold that you have, we have swabs, lift tape, and air. Once the sample is taken the samples are sent to certified laboratories for analyzing and the results.
This would include
